Yoga has been part of my life for nearly 13 years. What began as a personal practice gradually became something I wanted to share with others — especially people who may not feel that a traditional yoga class is made for them.
My own experience with hypermobility taught me that more flexibility is not always better. It changed the way I practice and teach, with greater attention to strength, stability, body awareness, and finding the right movement for each individual.
Today I teach chair yoga, gentle yoga, and yoga for children, adapting my classes for different ages, bodies, abilities, and experience levels. My classes combine movement with breathing, mindfulness, and moments of relaxation.
I believe yoga doesn't have to look a certain way to be yoga. It can happen standing, sitting in a chair, moving playfully with children, or simply taking a quiet moment to breathe.
My goal is simple: to help people feel more comfortable, capable, and connected to their bodies — and to bring a little more joy into movement.
