




Kids Yoga
We practice yoga with kids because it unites mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes physical and mental health.
Through kid-friendly meditations, mindfulness lessons, daily gratitude, and patience practices, children develop fine and gross motor skills, receive sensory input, and improve balance and breathing.
Most importantly:
We teach kids the importance of self-care and self-love through joyful, playful movement and breathing.
